LESSON 5

Brief description about the class

In this class, the teacher has shown us how to use the forum and the chat which are in Moodle. For that, we have participated in both cases, in the forum and in the chat.

Then, we have talked about this idea: In Spain, each government change carry on an Education law change. In small groups, we have argued about this and we have shared it with the rest of the class. People have given some ideas like this: It isn’t necessary to change the Education law with each government change, because it is done, in generally, for politicians interests, and they can’t know in a few years (more or less 4 or 5 years) if the education is going to be better or worse; Schools should have more autonomy, etc.

What I've learnt

With our professor help, I have learnt to use the forum and the chat. It is very useful to me because I can share my ideas with the professors and the rest of classmates, and solve some doubts. 

Also, I have known some interesting aspects of the Education Preamble like its principals purposes and objectives that I disowned. I think its very important to teachers to know this concepts.

My personal opinion

In my opinion, the use of a chat or a forum it is a new methodology that can be very useful for us and for our future children. These tools can be interesting to prepare exams, to ask questions about the theory...

So, I find it very interesting the use of this type of tools that can facilitate our learning, just because we don’t only exchange questions with the professor, we can be helped by our partners and we can too help them in their learning.
