LESSON 14 - 06/10/2015

LESSON 14

Brief description about the class

Today, like we were a little group because the rest of partners were attending a course, so we’ve done interesting and funny things.

First, we’ve translate words into phonetics. Then, we have seen some different storytelling examples like: “Goldilocks”, “The lucky seed”, “What will I be when I grow up? and “Little Red Riding Hood”. Afterwards, in groups of four we’ve create our own storytelling based on “Little Red Riding Hood”.

Finally, we’ve listened a Phill Collins’ song called “Another day in Paradise” and the teacher has proposed us some different tasks like: filling the gaps, split up the words from sentences, reorder the words...

What I've learnt

In this class I have learnt more about phonetics translation and storytelling. I think the most important thing is not know what a storytelling is; you have to be able to produce and create one. In this class, we were so active and we built our own knowledge about storytelling.

My personal opinion

I think this class has been a great class. It has been very funny, amusing and pleasant. I have got funny with my partners creating the storytelling. These type of activities are very interesting because we learn a lot without realizing.

It iss very useful, I think, these type of methodologies in classes, because pupils get funny and they learn a lot, more than a master class. But, obviously, we have to know when we can use it.
