LESSON 2

Brief description about the class

As in the first class, we have had to introduce ourselves again because the subject is divided in two parts with two different professors. On mondays and wednesdays we have class with Maribel, and on tuesdays and thursdays our professor is Juan Antonio.

Then, in small groups (two or three people), we have analyzed what were the best and the worst things in our English Primary and Secondary classes, using our own experience. The groups have explained what their ideas were, and they have given solutions for the troubles. For example:

• Problem – Teachers were worried about our mistakes but not about our pronunciation.
• Solution -  We can solve this problem if we leave our children talking fluency.
• Problem – Teachers only give grammar skills.
• Solution – We can solve it using games to learn English.

What I've learnt

During this lesson, what I have learnt are some mistakes I do like not talking fluency because I don’t link the words. I hope during this subject I can improve it.

Also, I have could see different types of methods or approaches to solve problems we experienced in our first education, when we were children. 

My personal opinion

In my opinion, there was an amusing lesson although we have had to introduce ourselves again.

I have liked this phrase that I think it could be useful in my future like an English teacher: Less grammar, more communication.
